Our practice is pleased to have been selected as one of Chicago’s Top-Rated Dental Practices by Chicago Consumers’ CHECKBOOK Magazine in April 2004 and January 2008 .
For the surveys, people were asked their opinion of their dentist’s practice. Below is the percentage of respondents who rated our practice as “superior” in the following areas:

Data collection information: These surveys were conducted between February 2000 - April 2004 and January 2003 - March 2007. Surveys were conducted via mail, telephone and the Internet. Survey respondents were primarily Consumer Reports and Chicago CHECKBOOK subscribers, but a sampling of other customers was also included. Our practice received a total of 11 ratings. The average number of ratings per practice was 10.
